How It Works:

The webstore is intended for quick and easy selection of the plants, seeds, soil, and containers you are looking for, from the comfort of your own home. Once you are happy with your selection, you checkout and pay for your order, and a confirmation will be sent to you, with when your order is ready to be picked up. When you arrive on your pickup date, your order will be wheeled out on a cart next to your car, and you can load it up - quick and easy. We are hoping to be able to provide a turnaround time of 24-48 hours from ordering until pickup, but please bear with us as this is completely new territory for us.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR WEB PURCHASE:
1) Orders will be batch printed at 8:00pm each day for processing the following day. Any order placed after 8:00pm will be included in the orders printed the following evening.

2) Not all products will be ready or available right away - cold sensitive plants (like cucumbers or peppers) that are not ready for sale yet, may show up in the store as "Out of Stock" or not at all until they are ready. If you are wondering if there is something specific we are going to have - check the full pricelists posted on the "Our Plants" Tab above.

3) Orders placed through our webstore are intended for quick pickup following confirmation your order is ready. This is not a reservation system to buy now and pick up in a few weeks time. Customers who fail to pick up your  order within 3 days of it being ready for pickup will have their purchase refunded less a 15% restocking fee.
