The most flavorful tarragon, this culinary herb is noted for aromatic, flavorful leaves with the scent and taste of licorice and mint. Adds zest to chicken, veal and fish dishes, as well as in sauces and herbal vinegar. Sun loving and drought tolerant, it will spread slowly to form a broad clump. Performs well in containers.
